      Roller press gearbox

Since the 1990s, CQ-Gearbox has been dedicated to the research and development of the reducer of the roller press, and has produced more than 2500 units so far. At present, the JGR/W series are the second-generation products of our company, upgradation of the original JGX (P) series. Among them, the JGR4250 series is the largest (power?) roller reducer in the domestic cement industry, with a maximum power reaching to 2500 KW.

The JGR series is a planetary transmission with parallel stage plus two-stage horizontal type, whose transmission power is within 110~2500 KW and reduction ratio ranging from 40 to 125.

The JGW series is a two-stage horizontal planetary transmission, with input and output concentric, transmission power being from 110KW to 2500 KW, and reduction ratio being from 20 to 45.
